This is for therapists / mental health providers that are either just starting a practice or already have an established practice and want a space to rent that is designed specifically for therapy. You want guaranteed days and times per week, every week, so that you can maintain a consistent schedule for your clients. You want to be part of a collaborative community that supports one another and helps each other grow and thrive. You like having a trusted network of colleagues that are like-minded and of similar vibes. As a Bungalow Practitioners, you also get a Dedicated Mailbox AND Community Membership included in your monthly rent (Month-to-month leases only, no long-term contracts because we want to keep it super simple and easy)!
Rooms are available 7 days per week:

You are still working a 9-5 clinical job, are just starting your own practice OR you have a thriving business (whether online or in person)...but you want more! You are feeling a bit isolated, and you love the idea of having your own local "hub" for all things mental health that you can go to when needed. This membership was designed for the practitioner who is craving connection, community, and support - you will have access to an entire community of practitioners and resources to support you on your professional journey.

Hosting a Workshop or Event?
Group/Workshops (Group Room):
One time Workshop:

Ongoing Group Therapy / Trainings:

Additional Information:
We require practitioners to carry their own professional practice insurance, provide a down payment for a refundable deposit and sign a contract for the booking to be complete.
Renter is entirely responsible for their own event - booking, collection of ticket fees, etc. The Bungalow St. Pete will assist with marketing the event.
Our Group Room can accommodate group therapy, small workshops, and small yoga classes. We have a full kitchen, onsite parking, 2 bathrooms (one staff, one public), and a co-working space for presenters and teachers to prepare.
Refund policy:
A refundable security deposit of $50.00 (or can be applied to your rental fee) is required to secure your space rental.

For full refund: 15 days notice is required.

For credit to reschedule: 7 days notice is required.

No refund nor credit is given if cancellation occurs less than 7 days of rental date.
